A grim, subdued atmosphere in Brussels. Evening rush hour, busy but everyone so quiet. Gare du Midi only has a couple of entrances/exits open and everyone is funnelled in & out of these, with soldiers posted outside. To my surprise, I am really enjoying this Stella in the hotel bar–cold, and fresh and sharp. Why is the Dome Stella not like this; so creamy and lifeless? This large Stella is going down very nicely. Two soldiers posted outside the hotel door even, which IS reassuring. I am also a little reassured that the Brussels bombers really wanted to attack the Euros in France, and only had to switch to their hometown when they felt the net tightening on them.
